These group sessions bridge the gap between physio exercises and the activities you love to do. Whether it is playing with your kids or climbing a mountain, learn to maintain your core connection during movement.
Includes Pilates exercises on mat and apparatus; as well as, core confidence exercises from Bellies Inc and yoga.
Classes are for postpartum women from 6 weeks to 6+ years or anyone interested in retraining their core.
