For Tae's 4th birthday we remade our wedding cake recipe, because it is that good. As per Tae's request, we added mangoes and chips!
This amazing recipe is inspired by Sarinda Hoilett.
Blend in food processor:
6 c soaked cashews (~1 hour soaking)
1 c honey (or maple syrup for plant based)
1 c coconut oil (or Coconut Butter)
1 c fresh lemon juice (I just use 4 peeled and seeded lemons. It's faster and you get the nutrients from the pith!)
1/4 c water
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp turmeric
dash pink salt
Set about an hour in the freezer, and serve in love!

pureed frozen berries and dates
chips (as per Tae's birthday request!)
