Unwind from your day in this calming class. This style of yoga compliments an active lifestyle, both on the physical and mental levels! A holistic Akhanda inspired class includes conscious movement and stretches designed to help overall range of motion and tissue health. Both gentle flow and restorative postures work with the nervous system, thus affecting muscles, connective tissues and organs,  with a goal of happiness and wellbeing. This practice is also an opportunity for meditation. Some classes are supported with therapeutic grade essential oils

Mamas playing in joy and empowerment! This holistic class includes breathing exercises, light meditation and a gentle flow through Yoga postures for strength, flexibility and relaxation; as well as, some Pilates inspired exercises. You will practice postures designed to keep you agile and healthy during pregnancy and learn techniques to prepare for labour. Also includes an introduction to the Core Confidence program, exercises designed to help retrain your core postpartum. For Mamas to be from 12 weeks pregnant to due date. Some classes are supported with therapeutic grade essential oils

Join other moms and babies in healthy movement and fun! Explore yoga postures both with your baby and with your baby at your side. Practice conscious movement, develop agility and appreciate the magical moments of new motherhood. This class also includes core confidence exercises from Bellies Inc, exercises designed to help retrain your core postpartum.

Postpartum Group



These group sessions bridge the gap between physio exercises and the activities you love to do. Whether it is playing with your kids or climbing a mountain, learn to maintain your core connection during movement. 
Includes Pilates exercises on mat and apparatus; as well as, core confidence exercises from Bellies Inc and yoga. 
Classes are for postpartum women from 6 weeks to 6+ years or anyone interested in retraining their core.

This holistic Akhanda inspired class is perfect for people with a wide rage of mobility's. The asana (postures) tones up the body, nourishes our organs and assists in a balanced hormonal system and refreshes the mind and spirit. This class also includes breathing exercises and light meditation.
