Prenatal: Yoga Classes
Mamas playing in joy and empowerment! This holistic class includes breathing exercises, light meditation and a gentle flow through Yoga postures for strength, flexibility and relaxation; as well as, some Pilates inspired exercises. You will practice postures designed to keep you agile and healthy during pregnancy and learn techniques to prepare for labour. Also includes an introduction to the Core Confidence Program, exercises designed to help retrain your core postpartum. For Mamas to be from 12 weeks pregnant to due date.
Some classes are supported with therapeutic grade essential oils.
Postpartum: Pilates Privates Sessions
Return your body back to balance at your own pace, perhaps to an even stronger and more agile state than before. The Pilates system is designed to progressively bring the body and mind into optimal health. And with little kids, believe me, you will be thankful for it!
* Pilates can be eligible for extended health plan billing as part of a treatment plan by a physiotherapist.
