Colleen has enjoyed the Pilates method, especially the total mind-body focus that comes with it. She has experienced great mobility and freedom in her body as she trains to become a Pilates instructor. As an apprentice instructor, she is excited about helping her clients develop more body awareness and strength. She facilitates foundational exercises that transform everyday movement patterns. These small changes make a huge difference in functional movement and daily life.
Colleen has spent many years understanding and practicing wellness for herself, her clients and family. She is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and works with Specialized Kinesiology to test body imbalances.
When she’s not in the studio, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, and appreciating the beauty of Whistler.
